Angelica Panganiban was born in the Philippines. She's now an Filipino American performer as well as a comedian, host of a television show and model. The young lady desperately required medical assistance that could save her life and was placed on ECMO Life-support in Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. She went septic and experienced numerous organ failures, which included the kidneys that did not fully recover. The process of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis later was her new norm. After an eighteen-day stay in the hospital, Angelica was almost dead but was on the road to recovery. After one year and a half of dialysis, Angelica was ready to undergo the most significant operation of her life-her kidney transplant. It was her own mother who was the one to donate her kidney. Angelica Hale was able to undergo a kidney transplant with her mother on the 13th of September, 2013. The procedure was conducted at Emory University Hospital, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale, a young Atlantan girl who always thought of becoming an actor and a singer and is currently working towards the dream.
